Guarantee & support
We intervene exclusively under a dedicated mandate, to be fully committed to the success and sustainability of each recruitment.
Replacement Warranty - 12 months
If the recruited candidate leaves his or her position within 12 months (excluding external causes), we will relaunch the search without additional fees, under the conditions defined together.
Post-recruitment follow-up - 3 months
Structured support during the first 3 months: regular follow-up meetings with the client and the candidate, support for taking up the position and adjustments if necessary.

Brief
First criterion: the targeted geographical area

8 to 10 weeks
Progress reports every 2 weeks for rigorous monitoring of the project.
Deliverable
Analysis of the target population (career path, aspirations, remuneration, availability). Pools of candidates at 6, 12, 18 months.
Pool management
Management of the pool over a period of 6 months to maintain the commitment of identified talents.
The succession plan is generally part of a confidential process; the implementation of an NDA is of course possible and recommended.
